- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆if i could go below one star i would!!! i bought an 'experience' for a friends 30th bday in March 2016 and we are still trying to book this without cancellation.. i understand the first time was weather the second time was the boat but not to answer any calls or messages for over 6moths now is just terrible customer service!! the moment we asked for a refund they started to ignore us!! countless texts and voicemails with nothing!! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Super fun, and feels safe. Does not need good physique - you literally need to just sit tight and relax. You will get a great view around Nelson Bay. A session is 1 hour long. You get to go up for about 10 minutes, and for other 50 minutes you wait for other groups to go up. That 50 minutes isn't too bad a wait since you're boating around the bay constantly which is pretty entertaining by itself.By Terry Hur, December 21, 2016
