  Hubby and I went to Nelsons Bay and after going to this shop once, we kept going back each day for the five days of our holiday, as the ice cream was the best and the staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly! Can't wait to go again when we are back up that Way!

  came here today at 8pm with my family and the bold guy whom I presume is the owner shut the doors.. i showed him the face of my 1 year old child who looks like i just left him at child care and he just shrugged his shoulders as if he had no empathy for my family and or any consideration for the distance i came in order to enjoy a simple icream.. i have eaten here before and let me tell you I was impressed.. however currently on the way to baskin and robenz and i beleive thats the way to go.. good luck bold man because your customer service sucks and you don't deserve to treat the amazing people of nelson bay like this.. .
